We all know how lucky we are to be able to enjoy the activities and amenities unique to our neighborhood – the garden at trolley island, Easter egg hunt, July 4th celebration, summer porch hops, winter and holiday events, directory, pillars, park, and so much more. This is all possible thanks to your annual dues and contributions. Dues for 2023 are being collected now. They are $15 per household ($10 for seniors 65+) with the opportunity to contribute additional amounts to areas you are passionate about. The early bird deadline is April 5th—make a payment by then and you’ll be entered to win a gift certificate from a local business!
For the first time, dues can be paid directly on our website at www.islandhomepark.community. Just click on the “Donate” button and fill out the required fields to pay via Paypal. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, you can still do so at 2032 Island Home Blvd. There you can take a paper form from the box on the porch and enclose your payment.
Dues and contributions are voluntary, but with your support, the neighborhood will continue to be a place where beauty and fun is celebrated in every season.
